As a seasoned non-dual licensed therapist, Kent has been in private practice for 30+ years. He continues facilitating groups, and workshops, while providing individual/couples and family therapy. He also mentors, supervises and coaches therapists. Kent also coaches and assists entrepreneurs in their business energetics, while deepening their wisdom. As an adjunct professor, has taught Consciousness, Group therapy and Cultural Diversity. .Kent also has resided with the Dine' and other Native American Wisdom Keepers and Medicine Men and Women for a vast majority of his adult life. Here he has provided clinical direction and professional documentary photographer services.
His undergraduate work is in Talented/Gifted. Kent's extensive work with kids across various cultures, has received acclaim in the use of cameras while accessing our creative genius to discover and integrate our deepest, core positioning. He incorporates solution-focused therapeutic techniques, Internal Family Systems, Wilderness Therapy, Indigenous wisdom, EMDR and Ericksonian Hypnotherapy. His facilitation in the group setting is inclusive, safe, deeply focused on the nonverbal, and encouraging to drop into the rivers of mystery where the deepest integration occurs. He was born into an emotionally healthy farm-oriented family. Diversity of thought and perception was fostered, along with a fierce independence to live an integrous, sovereign and free-spirited life! Kent was also born with visionary and healing gifts and these abilities have continually been refined through extensive wilderness immersion and collaboration with various Native American colleagues. He continues embracing his shadow, yet to be revealed human aspects. Kent's wellness lifestyle consists typically of a Ketogenic diet, daily exercise (cycling, ecstatic dance and yoga), good rest, frequent meditation, and continual refinement of his spiritual path. Workshop Details |
Fri: 3-7pm - We will drop into where each person is on their path. Kent will set a tone of balancing your masculine (yang) and feminine (yin) aspects, while guiding you through various aspects of Self through an IFS model, complete with guided meditative practices.
Sat 9-5 w/1 hr potluck lunch: For those who cannot attend Fri eve, are welcome to attend this Sat only portion, This is to allow those from northern CO who are not able to stay over Fri eve. Saturday will be a deeper exploration of each person's core strengths and shadow aspects.You will be discovering your truer Purpose and alignment with your intuition as a guide to your Soul's guidance. You will have the opportunity to explore shadow and conditioning as a child that perhaps limit your Soul's Freedom. Awaiting you is the discovery of your childhood innocence and Natural Curiosity! To top it off, Kent will lead a session on Saturday of authentic movement (also known as ecstatic dance-don't worry no partner needed),. You are invited to drop into more somatic experiences, coupled with awareness of various parts of yourself that show up. Kent works with various dance teachers while integrating IFS into the movement. Yes all of this to say, lose the brain. Let's weave together our divine masculine and feminine aspects. Let's allow our awareness and consciousness guide us to Soul Talk! Kent will also bring ceremonial teachings, and offerings throughout our time together. This will not be a journey time of plant/spirit medicines. You will also have opportunities for Q/A, as Kent can be a vital source as you explore nonlinear, quantum fields and higher dimensions that provide more ease and life flow.
